Tried to schedule an appointment for a 200k+ addition with no call back or follow up. Each time I called I had to re give my contact info. Customer service is severely lacking - makes me wonder what would have happened if we went with them. Too bad because we were referred by a friend. Happily going with a competitor at this point. First impressions mean a lot so go with your gut if you experience this same thing.
