my fencing was just completed on 12/18/2016. I am very pleased with the work and the product. Jerry and his son Matt were attentive to the instructions and they did an outstanding job.

I got a aluminum fence a year ago and it has held up well and my neighbors constantly ask me who did it...... I wish I could upload a picture. I found the crew to be polite and professional. I will continue to recommend Tropic Fence.

Tropic installed my fence in May of 2011. It was built on-site and was a 6" board-on-board privacy fence with 2x4 runners and 4x4 posts. It was built at a cost of around $3300. In less than a year, the fence shows signs of warping with many of the boards separating from the fence. Several of the posts are no longer aligned as originally set. In many places the runners are no longer straight. I would encourage anyone who is considering a wood privacy fence to go with the 4" board-on-board, pre-assembled pressure-treated panels and to stay away from the heavy-duty fencing. I've taken pictures of the fence in March and June of 2012 to keep as a reminder. It just wasn't worth the additional expense.
