Once you finally get through to actually talk to someone the customer service is great. The doctors are excellent and take time to listen to your concerns. My rating of the doctors is 5STARS! The office has theit hands full and are very professional and polite. I give the low rating because of the lack of being able to actually call and speak to someone. You get answered by the machine all the time and no follow up with staff. I don't care how many times you call talking to a human seems impossible and for that and that alone I give 1 STAR!

my best advice to you is,if you decide to go there, only get pain medicine. do not get any injections. I had one injection that left me worse off. I told the Dr. upon my return, the pain I was in and an Mri Is needed to be done immediately. he replied that I should have called the office, which I did two days later. they never returned my call. he said if I was to get a Mri he would not prescribe any more medication. I will never go back there. I went elsewhere and got an Mr I ordered. the bill was submitted to the insurance company for 1000.00. and he said that on my next visit, we would discuss more injections into my neck. my back is already worse from his incompetence. Is he on drugs!!!!

Dr. P is the best

I love this doctor, but I have to agree with the other guy. I've had similar problems with the inexperienced staff thete. Paperwork looks like it was filled out by a kindergartener, etc. I think it would be helpful to have some older people work there. The girls have been nice & ruthless all at the same time.! Finally Dr. P told them to back off. Sometimes it is hard for a young person full if energy with no aches & pains to be able to empathize!

Dr. Poluri is a fantastic Dr. ...

Dr. Poluri is a fantastic Dr. However, some of his staff leave little to be desired. Okay, here is the scenerio. I go see Dr. Poluri Friday and he writes me a prescription. I drive 30 minutes back home and submit the scrip to Walgreens. An hour or two goes by so I call Walgreens, and they say that the scrip is for a medication that doesn't exist. Meanwhile, Walgreens and the Dr's office are talking on the phone. At 5:30 I call Walgreens to see where my Narcotic pain medication is and they say the Dr's office never called anything in for me. So the entire weekend, including Memorial Day, I'm going thru terrible withdrawals. At nine am when the Dr's office opens I give them a call and they said they already left a voicemail at Walgreens, so I call Walgreens. The not-so-bright staff called in the SAME script that I dropped off on Friday. So I call the Dr's office and they say that I have to go pickup the old script from Walgreens, drive 30 minutes to the Dr's office, drop off the old one and only after I drop off the old one will the Dr write me a new one. So I do all of that and when I get to the Dr's office I go to hand the receptionist the old script and I just drop it. Oops. The entire time she has a smile on her face, and when she closes the window, the other Dr's assistant starts making her shoulders go up and down like she's laughing hysterically. Meanwhile, I'm standing at the receptionist window for 10-15 minutes and out of the corner of my eye I see the receptionist reach underneath the countertop, grab my script and says "here it is". It was already waiting for me, she just made me wait in agony. Try going from taking three Vicodin 7.5's a day to taking none for three days, and the ignorant receptionist are just playing GAMES the entire time. Dr. Poluri is great, the rest are MORON's!!!!!!!
