This is apparently an agency of VERY low character & integrity, as after having business insurance for 15 months with Landi & never missing a payment I had to close my doors. Even after calling my agent, Doug Cassidy, & sending him the requested information needed, I continued to be billed for coverage after my business was closed. After repeated efforts to stop the billing & after just 2 months they turned the billing over to collections! On coverage that was not even mandatory & after the doors were closed & the building was vacated!

My advice?... there are many other agents around NPR that I am sure have more integrity. Good luck
