These people manage & own a property at 3244 Roxbury Dr., Holiday Florida that is so run down & rodent infested that the county should condemn it as unfit for Human habitation.
The company is trying to sell it & is asking approximately 1 1/2- 2X what it is worth due to the condition it is in.
These people will rent your home out to anybody that will pay the rent & thereby have zero regard for the upkeep of your property if they act as rental agent for you.
They have no regard for the people who live in the neighborhoods where they own or rent structures.
