A New Orleans tradition since 1952, Parasol's is the neighborhood bar to the world. Located in the historic Irish Channel area, Parasol's is known for our roast beef and seafood Po Boys as well as home made gumbo, chili and our special Irish Sundae. We are also famous for our annual St. Patricks Day block party when we fill the street with music, food, and fun to celebrate the proud heritage of the Irish in New Orleans. So whether you're a regular, a local or just passing through, you owe yourself a visit to one of New Orleans most talked about local bars.

Bar Dive and PoBoys

Awesome Po Boy featured on Food Network's Diners Drive Ins and Dives. The roast beef po boy is large, yummy and $8! This place is a dive with no frills. Bar serves up good beer and has full liquer license. Crowd is local except for the occasional tourist coming for po boys. My wife and I, we're from Florida, had a great night there watching football, eating po boys and hanging with locals. Juke box has good selection too!....but this place is truly a dive! so set your expectations accordingly.
