The owner of this firm contracted with me for work in July of 2010. He hovered over me during my time there (nearly two hours) and was billed for my time on site. He promised he would send me payment right away. However, he notified me via U.S. mail that he was refusing to pay me, suggesting that the problem he had was worse after I left, which was absolutely not the case. I have the feeling that were the shoe on the other foot - that I owed his business money - he would probably be clammoring for payment. However, it is perhaps better to know his true character. I want everyone to know that he does not pay his bills and is therefore UNTRUSTWORTHY in business. Should he correct his egregious behavior, I will be happy to let everyone know, but I will not hold my breath.
