Provided by YP.comHistoric. The bar literally spins like a carousel (slowly, of course) while you're sitting there. Order a Ramos Gin Fizz, nab a bar seat early (it fills up quick!) and people watch... This place always get crowded with a classy-but-fun mix of people.
