Provided by YP.comAfter I bought a cowling and a starter rope for my Evinrude from the business owner, I asked him if he had any idea about dealing with an idling problem with the motor. His response was exactly as follows: "Don't get me wrong. I don't give a damn about your motor."
I got the message. I'll never go back.
