First I was sent to the wrong location for my initial appointment making me very late my appointment and other appointments that day. The staff was very rood and not at all professional. I was prescribe the procedure prep and followed the instructions and started the process. I couldn't drink the solution without becoming sick and throwing up. So I could not finish the preparation. I was told to call if there were complications. I called the number waiting for ever for a person to answer. At this point I can't stop throwing up. Dr Freeze called back and same Attitude as the staff, didn't care that I was sick from the medication they gave me. I can honestly say nobody had revewed my history or allergies especially medication allergies. I was stupid in thinking that they were ever going to help me. This was a complete waste of time and I will never refer anyone to this practice
