While looking for a business to replace my well pump I came here to check if Sullivan did well pumps. Then I noticed only one review. My wife giving her the credit, found Sullivan for me, and sure glad she did! I had to give them a review after seeing only 1 review for this great business. I had a pump out of my septic about a year ago and the worker realized something was wrong downstream of the tank he was pumping out. After he pumped the tank out, he probed and found the approximate area where he thought there was a problem. Bingo, he went right to it and found a broken and clogged pipe. He dug down 4 or more feet, repaired the pipe in no time. The whole experience was best you could expect from the office call to the finished product. These folks really deliver a great service, and I regret not reviewing this earlier!. Needless to say I'll be calling them for any septic related problems again.

Sullivan Septic was great through building my house, all of the people went above and beyond throughout the installation. From the quoting and giving me different options to the many days spent installing, testing, cetifying the system they were great!

In these days of declining customer service, Sullivan stands out as a company who still believes that the customer is king. They are a small, family owned business that has been in the area for over 50 years. They know their stuff and they are quick to respond, even if the problem occurs on a weekend. They have great ideas for proactive servicing of septic, too! They offered to put us on their automatic reminder service. We receive a postcard when we're due for a pumping...no more backups! As I write this, I see the Sullivan "Green Machine" rolling down my street! Most all of our neighbors use Sullivan, too! When you're that good at helping people, the word spreads.

I had Sullivan Septic out to pump out my existing septic tank and complete some repairs on my septic field. The job was completed quickly and correctly the first time. The owner quickly diagnosed the problem, while his staff was knowledgeable and professional. The bill matched the amount quoted with no surprises.

I recently used Sullivan Septic to repair a sewer line from the house to septic tank. Ryan was great to deal with and did an excellent job.

I have used them twice for the septic tank. The work is done fast and prices are reasonable.



I have never seen a guy dig a hole with a simple shovel so fast!
