I had stopped going to Burger King in general as most people I know. The locations SW of Chicago and elsewhere I went to were run down, very filthy, the food was mid to low quality, not very hot or appetizing in appearance as though it was thrown together from the other side of the room. The staff would be indifferent to the customers, act as though you were bothering them and unkempt in appearance.

Today however, the Mc Donald's next door to the Burger King in New Lenox, IL was too busy, so I went into BK. To my surprise it was very clean and looked as though it were recently remodeled. The cashier who took my order was friendly and cheerful with a pleasant. My meal was fresh, hot, nicely prepared and tasty. As I ate, I noticed the manager walking around, straightening up and talking to customers. The seating area was comfortable with a widescreen TV and WiFi. This was all a very pleasant and unexpected surprise, prompting me to let people know not to avoid this location based on past experience at other stores.

I originally went with four stars but went with five based on value. The best six buck lunch experience I have had in a while. I realize this store being remodeled played a big part and not many locations seem to be. But if other stores were at least clean and the staff's attitude was as at this one, Burger King would gain many customers. Customer experience and word of mouth is huge so spread the word, at this BK you can still “Have it Your Way”!

I cant believe I went into the drive thru on the 22nd of this month they got my order wrong I called the mgr Brandon said he was going to replace my whole order, I went into the drive thru on the 23rd and they sated they where only replacing somethings, I was not happy the general mgr Mark came to the window I asked they they cant get my f****ing order right and the general mgr stated swearing at me alot at the window I said your not gonna talk to a customer like that he said shut up or I wont give you your s**t. and numerous times repeated WTH is wrong with Burger King in New Lenox, I also had another problem a yr ago and the mgr on the phone got rude and ignorant with me to come back in the middle of the night after driving all the way home said If I dnt have my receipt or the food he aint replacing anything. They have lost their mind Im never going back and hopefully people will drive a bit away to another location then this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
