I will never take my animals here again both on their facebook and other websites its says they are open till 730 on Wednesday I went at 645 and they were already closed this is twice now this has happened. I usually take my dogs to get their nails clipped because its close and easy and I let it go that they usually aren't very friendly but they fact that you can't ever tell when they are open and you show up when it says they are suppose to be open and they are closed and a worked says ooo were closed and you say well oo ok but it says 730 online and the worker laughs and says ooo and they you try to ask for the hours since there isn't a visible sign she just ignores you that is very unprofessional and rude and i will never return

The fact that an employee was able to take home another persons pet and claim it as their own is completely insane and unprofessional..No one stopped this from happening... now there is a family out there missing THEIR dog, simply because one person took it upon themselves to take what they felt entitled to. This is horrendous and unacceptable. Don't bring your pet there if you value your loved little one.

This place is just pathetic. A friend of mine took their pet there and one of their employees became very attached to the animal and upon my friend going to pick up her dog and bring him home the woman REFUSED to give back the dog. This looney toon even went as far as to take the dog home and claim it as HER OWN. I would advise against ANYONE taking their pet here for fear of someone (EMPLOYEES) stealing it! Please if you DO decide to use this service do NOT let your pet leave your sight. Especially do not drop the pet off and pick it up at a later time or this may happen to you as well!

An employee of Pet Perfection became very attached to my dog. After his last visit with the employee she REFUSED to return my dog to me, she went as far as to take the dog home with her and claim it as her own. The salon ALLOWED her to do this. Currently I am pressing theft charges through the police, and the employee is facing charges through the DA. This is an awful situation and my whole family is worried sick and being put through am emotional hell because of the actions of this company and it's employees.



The fact that the business allowed her to unlawfully take our pet is frightening.



THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!



THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!

My dog likes the people here.They do a good job at grroming and my dog always looks nice after visiting this place.
