Provided by SuperpagesI called Automatic because I had heard of them before and because one of the reviews here talked about getting HVAC parts. I also talked to sue and she helped me out to find a part after normal hours. I wish every business had this type of customer service.

Provided by SuperpagesI had them install a TRANE A/C Heat pump in a home that had no prevously installed duct work. They were fast, courteous, and the unit performed perfectly for 21 years with the need of a service call.

Provided by SuperpagesI had a very hard job for them to do. Removing 2 furnaces (1 basement, 1 on the 2nd floor) and join the two separate duct works. A new furnace with A.C. and duct work were put in. The crew worked hard and did a professional job. They started when they said they would start, and finished when they said they would finish. Reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Provided by SuperpagesI absolutely could NOT find anywhere close that would sell me furnace parts over the counter. I called and talked to Sue. She found the part I wanted immediately and let me know that it was on the repair truck and that she would pull it aside for me when the truck returned. She even gave me some advice about installation, which even though I knew it, I appreciated it. The price was a little higher than I expected but definitely better than no heat at all.
