The staff are friendly and warm at first, but stay a while and you will be quickly enlisted into their grand church building project by Stepford like wives and drones that work their tails off for free. Felt a lot of resentment when I couldn't volunteer, and didn't feel spiritually supported despite going there for 2+ years. Might be a little better for women than men, but not much.
