Carol's Hungry Mind Diner is located on Route 7 ( Ethan Allen Highway ) just a few miles past the New Haven VT Junction if your heading North on your way towards Vergennes or just the opposite, give or take, if your heading South on Route 7. We have a great menu serving both breakfast and lunch 7 days a week from 7 AM to 2 PM. Plus have a very good cup of coffee featuring Mocha Joes. Not only is it comfortable and easily accessible we have a one of a kind view of the Green Mountains. Swing on by once and you may just become a new regular! Looking forward to meeting you.
