I used their service last week and I really want to share my experience with them. First of all, I was misrepresented by their agent when they told me they charge for quote fee only if the plumber comes during out of service hours. Since I was using plumber for first time, I was little worried about their cost which is why I checked this before hand. After plumber came they charged me an exorbitant rate of $375 to change my kitchen faucet. I asked them the time to fix it and it would be between 1-2hours. It was too expensive for me and when I declined their service the plumber gave bill for inspection fee. He was adamant that it needs to be paid and I called the customer service again to raise my concern. The manager who took the call not only did not hear my concern but was very disrespectful which was what prompted me to write this review. I will pay the $69 fee as I do not want my credit history to be affected. I called another service Roto-rooter who offered a free quote option and their quote was $225. The plumber from Roto-rooter who came was very courteous and even offered to fix another leak issue at my house for no additional cost. Please be wary of this firm as they are really pricey. You can get much better options at lower price.

Eric was very pleasant and did a very thorough for us. We were very pleased with the service he provided.

My brother and I rate Eric all 5's. He was very friendly and knows what the customer needs and wants. He does great work. Thanks to him I finally got my handicapped toilet which I kept putting off. He is also getting a price on a new walk in shower so I can get rid of the old tub. My other brother Daniel Wolfe told me about David Leroy Plumbing and I am so glad he did. I will never call anyone else. I rate your Customer Service department all 5's also. She is always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thanks Joanna and Fred Wolfe

I've been a customer of David Leroy Plumbing for several years and have always gotten great service for all of my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. Just as important, I know I can trust them. More than once I've called with a problem and asked for a specific service. When the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem, they've always told me what I really need, often saving me money over what I asked for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high quality service.

Eric F. showed up as scheduled. Eric was very friendly and explained everything I needed in detail. I was very happy with his work and professionalism, and I thought the price was very fair. If I ever need any plumbing work at my home in the future, I will definitely call David Leroy Plumbing, and I will request Eric F.

Always great service, as well as friendly technicians and representatives. They came out on Christmas Eve four years ago for our well and we have used them ever since for all our heating/AC/plumbing service needs.

Came out to address a leak on a Saturday, despite having a very busy day. Helpful advice, extra time looking at the problem, and gave me a lead on a great handy-man as well!

Eric did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our water issue today. We needed a larger tank installed and he worked very hard to do just that. He was extremely honest and forthcoming about what was needed, and he has earned our trust for his honesty and kindness. I had an excellent experience with David Leroy Plumbing. My early morning phone call brought a technician that same day. Paul was knowledgeable about Grinder Pumps and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He contacted me with the estimate and repaired the pump. I was not home and only talked to Shelly and Paul on the phone. The situation was quickly and easily (on my part) remedied. Thank you!
