I stopped in today to mail a package for work through FedEx. I already had a prepaid envelope. I asked for supplies, since every time I go to the drop off boxes in New Castle they never have supplies. The man asked me how many envelopes I would need and I said 2. He said he didn't have that many so I only took 2. He said he could give me some boxes as well but again didn't have that many. So I said no that was ok. The ONLY thing the gentleman did for me was tape up the box that I brought in to mail my package and provided a clear envelope for my label. As I was leaving he asked me for $1.00. I said for what? He said for whatever you want it to be for. I told him I was confused, I don't understand because I have a prepaid shipping label and I shouldn't have to pay for anything, I only stopped in to get supplies and I will gladly take the package and put it in a FedEx drop off box like I normally do. He said no that was fine, he just won't get paid for his work. I said what so you are basically asking for a tip?! He said we ask for $1.00 to cover us being open for you and to have our lights on and stuff. We are not FedEx or UPS we are a shipping depot. Ok.....but I went there to get supplies from FedEx because the drop off boxes never have any. He said well for future reference we charge a $1.00.
Well I will never be returning to that place again and I will be contacting FedEx and telling them about this.

Bring all of your prepaid FedEx and USPS shipping packages to us for no charge! Please keep in mind that there is a $1 dollar fee for all UPS prepaid and pre labeled drop off packages.
