I am very blessed and lucky to be here! After being at Christus Santa Rosa for 1 month for severe pneumonia from covid, I could not walk, developed severe anxiety, and insomnia from the high flow oxygen nasal cannula. Finally, I got released to come here. Since day one, ALL nursing staff, respiratory therapists, PT and OT, physicians, dietary, and housekeeping that I have interacted with here have been so good to me; they work as a team, great communication, making sure I am as comfortable as possible and get the treatments that I need to heal and get stronger. All I have experienced is a very caring team, adding personal attention to the patient every step of the way. Christus Santa Rosa saved my life; Warm Springs NB is helping me thrive! Soon I will be back home with my family, stronger, safer, and more confident in getting my life back after covid. I highly recommend Warm Springs NB.

Do not commit your family member to this hospital, They give you a lot of promises, promises not kept. BEWARE if they even tell you they will accept your patient as they will back at the last moment. Makes you wonder how would your family member be cared for if they had been adimiited. Will not even give an explanation or a return call for why the patient was refused admissiIon.
