5 stars doesn't even do this place justice! the atmosphere is friendly, the people are fun, and you can make your experience as intense as you want it to be! how many gym in this area instructing by world champion?

Great gym. I drive 45 min daily just to train here despite closer options. Classes are thought so that your style is reflected in what you do. Other students are very helpful in making sure you know how to do things correctly and help prevent bad habits from forming. You get what you put in!

Highly recommended!!! The one and only gym in the US where you will experience the real Muay Thai and learn it directly from the Master who is the only Thai Female Master outside of Thailand and luckily she is here in The United States to share her knowledge to the locals of New Bern NC. 🥰
