I recently moved back to New Bern, NC & I needed to find a new dentist. The last dentist I saw in New Bern was when I was a child. When I found out that Breck Gibbs had moved back to town & was partnering with his dad, I called to make an appointment. I've known Breck since we were kids but hadn't seen him in years. I wasn't sure what to expect going to a new dentist but as soon as I walked in the girls at the front desk were very friendly. At any business the employees at the front desk set the "tone" for the office I think. I had previously gone to their website & printed out what forms they would want me to fill out...so I already had that part done to save time. Apparently they assign a dental hygienist to you...so you get the same one every time...which I like!! When they were all finished w me & it was time to pay...they took me to a separate room/office to go over my bill. I really liked not having to stand in the lobby for that part while they go over what all I had done & what my bill was. Stuff like that is better not announced so that everyone sitting in the lobby can hear!!

I wrote a review over a year ago. I just went there again last week, and was surprised to see how much the place has changed! New offices, two more dentists, more hygienist, new high tech equipment, just EVERYTHING is new and better! Nothing else like it in this area. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, no waiting. And Dr. Gibbs is the BEST in town!
