We were at this gym for a little over a year. I loved the instructors, and my daughter did learn a lot. HOWEVER, they 'forgot' to prorate my summer classes last summer when we started. When I told them about it, they did fix it. This morning I just got a bill saying we never paid half of my daughters tuition from last winter/spring! Seriously?!? Yes, I in fact did pay the tuition many months ago! Oh, this place is so frustrating. They can not keep track of who paid when. I was told that the person who accepted my payment might have been busy and forgot to credit my account! They did say they would take care of it. This gym is not cheap. For what I pay, I expect them to be able to credit the correct account. I am a very organized person, and I used to sign my daughter up weeks before I had to. Needless to say, we have decided to go to another gym and my daughter is loving it as well. If you go to this gym keep ALL receipts because you may get charged twice! My best advice is to go to another gym. I should add that when you walk in, the people at the front desk don't offer a hi either. Unlike the new gym we attend which gives high fives as the kids enter. They need to get their act together. They better have taken care of my bill too since I already paid it! So frustrating!

I have taken my daughter here for over a year and we love it. I am a former competitive gymnast and find M&M does a great job of combining fun and discipline into gymnastic coaching/teaching. The previous reviewer must be all about aesthetics, complaining about chairs and chalk dust. Anyone who loves gymnastics and wants to succeed know that a good gym is all about the people. The equipment is in good condition (It's good enough for Elite Chellsie Memmel to train on!). You try keeping a gym cool when it is 101 degrees outside, lady! Anyway, our family is happy with this gym and expect many more years with M&M!
