I would not recommend this company. We were customers of theirs for over 5 years. This year we had our furnace cleaned and repaired. We never turned on the heat because it was not cold yet. When we did turn on the heat 2 weeks later, we had no heat. We contacted Langlois burner service and they did some troubleshooting with us over the phone. This did not fix the problem and they had to come to the house the next day.
After inspecting the issue, it turned out the pipes were not bled. This is a something that should have been checked when the furnace was serviced and it was not done. Mike proceeded to show my husband how to do it and then charged us a service fee of $100.
Considering that this SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE ORIGINALLY, we should not have been charged a service call. We had already spent $430 in repair and care for the furnace. We stated this to Mike but his answer was "a service call is still a service call".
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHING THEIR WORK AND THEY DO NOT VALUE THIER CUSTOMERS.
There are a lot of great furnace services out there, this is not one
