Should be less than a star. Literally have had the worst experience with this company. The fact they allow the manager to work with expectant mothers is heartbreaking. She is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We were misled from the beginning by staff telling us a chair would be in stock and it wasn't. Then about six mistakes and lies later, and a whole lot of time and hassle, the chair finally is delivered after weeks, and there are no screws. The delivery people leave us with a chair that can't be used. I call - no apologies - only the suggestion that the screws could be sent to us the following week, and we can put it together ourselves. Yet, I paid $100 extra for a complete chair to be delivered and set up and had to rearrange my schedule for it??? We have waited all this time for a product that we can't even use. They also damaged it by ripping off the warranty tags and just leaving them on my daughter's floor. The manager won't even let us speak to the owner or give us his contact information (what kind of owner won't speak to a horrified customer), but tells us that he can offer no refund or compensation discount of any kind. I'm contacting the BBB and my lawyer first thing next week. Seriously beware - sketchy, sketchy, sketchy business practices!
