My husband and I took our son here for several months, only to find out later that no one had filed our visits to insurance, charged us FULL price (instead of the negotiated rate with our insurance carrier) and then had no understanding of a HDHP by claiming I hadn't met my deductible so why bother filing. (!$!$!) Now months later after they filed our claims at my INSISTENCE, i still cannot get a refund for the overcharges. Numerous attempts have been made - completely ignored. FRAUD. Oh, and let me make mention that this "therapist" repeatedly allowed my husband's ex-wife to berate, ridicule and harass him WHILE IN ATTENDANCE FOR THEIR SONS THERAPY! Never attempted to stop her, set ground rules for what will best help the child, nothing. And the major issue for our son is that his biological mother and my husband cannot co-parent/communicate. KEEP LOOKING!
