HONEST REPAIRMAN. I was very happy with his work. He was able to come to my house within 2 days. Prompt and professional family owned repairman. I was expecting a costly repair with a switch or computer board replacement. I left him alone in the basement to diagnose and repair what was wrong with my washing machine after telling him I thought it was a water sensor causing my washer to over fill with water. He spent about 45 minutes at my house, opening up the washer, running it through a cycle, finding the problem and putting it back together. When he called me down to show me what was wrong, I was happy to hear that it was a hose to the water pressure sensor that came apart and that no parts were broken or need of replacement. He showed me exactly what had happened and where the part was that he found out of place and fixed. He could have easily told me there was a broken (expensive) piece in need of replacement and I would have been none the wiser, but HE WAS HONEST and told me he put the disconnected part back together. Yes, I paid $125 for his time and expertise, but I thought it was a very fair price for his time to come to my house, diagnose and fix my washer. Everyone deserves to make a living and get paid for their time and experience. Too many people expect things for next to nothing. I just want an honest person who does good work for a fair price. I don't usually take the time to write reviews for most things, but wanted to pass along my appreciation for his honesty. The biggest thing I look for in any repairman or mechanic is someone who is HONEST. This guy was great!!
