I hired Hector thru word of mouth & he is pretty cheap with his pricing but as they say you get what you pay for. From day 1 his men where supposed to show at 8:30am & came after 1pm. I had to move all furniture because they don't & on top they don't cover they're work which left my house dusty all over, even downstairs where no work was performed. He was hired to rip out rugs & sand & varnish upper floor as well as stairs. Well my stairs are a mess & every time I try to contact Hector Lopez the owner, he tells me he will come but never does. My recommendation is to stay as far away & even if it cost a little more trust me it's worth hiring someone else.
