14 YEARS AND 5 DOGS. NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES. ALL THE STAFF HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND CARING.

This place is terrible and they can't keep a decent employee to save their soul. They are cruel to the animals behind closed doors. Just ask previous employees of theirs. The manager is an absolute jerk and the place should be shut down. I used to love Dr. Randy and Dr. Sue, but compassion for animals is not part of their practice. All of the doctors including Dr. Jeff have many times caused pain and suffering to innocent animals. A place I would never ever take my beloved pet especially if you have to leave them there alone. I would beware and I hope they know they are being watched!!!

We have a new puppy but I can not believe this place is standard proceedure for the industry. Our first appointment they made us wait 40 minutes! To that they had every excuse in the book. We gave them another chance on our next appointment 30 days latter. Well our fault this time it was 30 minutes late for the appointment. My wife this time mentioned it to the Vet instead of the front desk and again they all seem, to have it down pat with excuses. I am not sure why they feel that their time is more important than mine and my families but stay away from this place. History will tell you that two strike and you are out. Especially when their was no apology and nothing but excuses. If they ever take accountability for their actions only then will things change. Our vote for them is simply go somewhere else. Why have appointment times if you can not keep them, what is the point?

I was blow away by the excellent service and care I received at this office. Dr. Jamie was absolutely incredible and I have never felt so comfortable with a provider. I recently had to bring my dog in for an urgent care visit and the office was phenomenal. She readily made time for us and explained everything including all of our options, costs of procedures/tests, what to expect for follow up and showed me how to administer my dogs medications. She even called the next day to check up on us. I would highly recommend this office.

Absolutely wonderful place! The veterinarian is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I recently had to put my 18-year old dog down. Wonderful setting for such an awful experience. I have brought my new little puppy there too. They were so wonderful and gentle with her too. As for pricing, they are not too bad.
