Set up a day to pick up car. They came and picked it up a day early without prior phone call saying they were. I was asleep when they called and said they were there to pick it up. They took it to the shop I wanted it, but if the shop owner wasn't going to pay tow fine, they'd impound my car for additional $70 and then recharge me the amount to take it there. I have a good mechanic because he paid for it. Otherwise, these guys would get away with robbery.
