Wyatts Towing really helped me through a lot of hard times with my old car. I recently bought a new car so hopefully I will not need Wyatts towing but I will always recommend them!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Very rude and unprofessional!!! The blinde behind the desk needs to go back to school and take a customer service class.

This company is ridiculous. The car was towed illegally from a complex and returned back with dents and scratches. This place should be shut down. The little girl at the window is rude, unprofessional and should be fired. The other woman is not any better. Neither of them did anything to try to rectify or help the situation. This place is a complete scam.

This place is ridiculous, the little girl that works at the window is extremely rude and unprofessional. The other woman is just as bad. This car way towed illegally and then when returned ot had dents ans scratches all over the hood. Never use this place for any reason!

The company has 35 Yelp ratings of 1-star for predatory towing, and they are legally allowed to do so. Here's the kicker:



If you get your car towed, and it was parked legally, and you can prove authorization, the law is written to allow the towing company to return your car without fear of litigation. Aka, if you mess up and you make it right, you can't be sued.



The way it actually is implemented is what the police call a "grey area." Because the towing company has a legal license to tow and is endorsed by regulatory agencies, if they "accidentally" tow a car that was legally parked, it is a civil matter, not criminal. They can recommend to the towing company that they reimburse you or waive the fee, but the towing company is not legally obligated to do so, and rarely does.



In other words, a towing license is a great way to steal cars, lock them up, and sell them back to their owners without fear of repercussion beyond small claims court.

This towing company is a racket. They illegally towed my boyfriend's car from the parking space that he pays for monthly at his apartment.

They are practicing shady business and their employees must be paid to meet their quotes and thus tow cars that don;t need to be towed. They deserve to be shut down.

This place is ridiculously Horrible! They stole my car from my apartment complex stating I didn't have a pass when it was right in front of there faces! DARREN the so called manager doesn't know the first thing about running a company. The dispatch women knew absolutely nothing period what waste of job there. Still waiting to get information for them taking my car without anyone's permission cause they have quotas to meet! Hope the BBB closes this place down as my complaints will not stop here. STAY AWAY!

this was the most rude and insulting experience of my life. They towed our only means of transporting our wheelchair bound, blind son. They actually said 'wawawa, too bad for you'

this company is awful!!! the people that work there are incredibly rude and all they care about is stealing money from you. they towed my car right out of the gated parking lot of my apartment complex. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF CROOKS!! BEWARE!!!

I would not trust this company to move a bag of dog excrement from one side of my yard to the other. I needed a tow, made the mistake of choosing Wyatt's, and now I am left to decide if taking them to court is a worthwhile endeavor.



At the very least, I do feel it is my duty to express my dissatisfaction with their service, and highly recommend you call someone else if you need a tow.

Towed my trailer from being stored at my own shop. $600 to get it back. Had to pay a 10 day storage fee because it took them that long to send a notification in the mail. Told her I was paying 1/3 the cost of my trailer to get it back from storage at my own shop. She said "how is that my problem". Well $600 is a little ridiculous, maybe would have been ok if was at least a reasonable rate. Guess I'm in the wrong business.

Wyatt's towing are crooks. My vehicle was towed from the front of my house yesterday for parking lot resurfacing. Instead of moving it to a part of the lot where surfacing was not happening or onto the street and charging a small amount, they towed both of my cars to their lot and charged us almost $500 to get them back. Had they simply knocked on the door the of house for the very clearly marked parking space my wife would have moved the cars but they and HOA Simple apparently are more interested in making money unethically. Any business with a Wyatt's towing sign is going to lose my business and everyone I know.

It was the first time I used Wyatt’s towing and I really liked their service in a stressful moment they were efficient and reliable what more can I ask for? They are great.

Needing a tow is a pain in the neck which is exactly what I thought when my car would not start. To my surprise and delight when I called Wyatts Towing everything went smoothly. They came out quickly and got my car towed fast. I could not be more satsified!

Though no one likes to be towed, they came over to help me tow my banshee-screaming car. I thought it would have to be towed to a mechanic but Alpha (I think that was the drivers name!) figured out it was a simple problem. He fixed it, using some tools in my car and I was able to drive off on my own. Cheap fix, friendly service.

Everything was fine until now. They towed our car in July 2009 and we rarely write checks but that month we had just bought our house so we had out more than usual. They never cashed it until now, February 2010. The check cleared right before our payday and put us in overdraft territory. It was our fault for not keeping track but I've worked for a company that deals with other people's money and if you find a check that is dated more than a month before, you call and let them know you're sorry, it got misplaced and you're going to cash it. They didn't call, we had to call three times before getting someone to actually talk to us and when we got through they were rude and brushed us off.
