Do NOT use this service. The owner has no idea what customer service is, and treated me terribly. I called to ask some questions and was not only mistreated, but hung up on. The person answering the phone did not know prices or even whether my car had been towed there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of someone that is in a small business in a bad economy and is willing to mistreat a customer so badly.
