No stars!! But they say i have to so just 1.

Worst experience ever!! They stole money,jewelry, & personal items frome my car!!

They charged me for 3 days when they picked my car up after midnight Sunday, i tried to get it monday night by 8pm but there closed. I was there at 8am tues morning so they call that 3 days!! Total bs. Then, the lady behind the counter had no clue how to open the gate!! It was a stupid combination lock. Duh. I had to wait over an hour AFTER i paid for someone else to open gate!

Fyi, on the wall inside it clearly states, NO LICENCE & REGISTRATION, NO CAR!!

Then, she asked me for my insurance card....ummmmm . Wth?? Regardless, they charged me $322.00!!!!!

I will copy/paste this review on every single possible site i can. I am a small business owner and i can honestly say, I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS! !

Westway towing are absolute crooks and they are in cahoots with the local police. They refuse to release the car immediately and keep it as long as possible to rack up fees. When I called one day to pick up car they told me they opened at 9 when they opened at 8. Yesterday my son got in an accident and I told the tow company not to take the car that I had my own towing and they told me too bad that the police had called them. When I asked him to give me the police officer the cop said to him which I heard, I don't need to talk to her.

I gave them a star because I HAD TO to write this review. If the cops ever get your car towed in Deerfield, they will use this company. MAKE SURE the cops write everything that's in the car on the personal property list because WESTWAY TOWING will take everything that is not on that list and then they will act like they don't know what your talking about when you inquire about the lost item...And 225$ for about 1 hour is RIDICULOUS!

This is the WORST towing company in South Florida..They are RUDE, NASTY and have NO CLUE on how to conduct a business.

They damage cars, I had to file a law suit againest them.



DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY, if they damage your car they refuse to fix it. I would sooner wait 4 hours for a tow, then wait 30 mins for this tow company.

If i told anyone best friend or the persosn i disliked MOST in the whole world I would tell them to NOT go anywhere near this tow company. They damage cars, They discriminate, There nasty and/or rude.

If this tow company towed for free i would not let them touch my car.

Do yourself a favor and use any tow company BUT westway towing.

USE ANY TOW COMPANY BUT THIS ONE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. TOW CARS THEY HAD NO LEGAL RIGHT TO TOW.RIGHT NOW A FRIEND OF MINE IS SUING THEM TO GET HIS $100. BACK.

They never had the unarthirized person who called to tow the car sign the paperwork..After all this when a phone call was made to tow company, they were rude,unprofessional, save yourself aggrivaion and call any othe towing company for your towing needs..
