There's nothing managerial about this management company. They'll avoid assisting their tenants regardless of your long history as a clean and punctually paying tenant. Had to pay for an air condition because they swore mine worked... Hadn't been changed in years according to the maintenance man, caked in dust and leaking coolant mid hot Louisiana summer... No motivation of theirs to assist. Avoid paying money to these people, they're undeserving.
