They put in a new furnace and air conditioner in my mother in laws home and did not install the lower panel on the furnace properly, so air was blowing out the side of the furnace. More importantly, they never checked to make sure the A/C was working properly afterwards. NO AIR COMING OUT OF REGISTERS... The flex duct below the home is obstructed or collapsed and they didn't bother to check/ correct it! Hence, only heats and cools room directly next to the furnace..
Terrible service. Now I have to pay someone to come out and service the duct work.
