Velocity Power sports was an outstanding place to deal with. Paul, got me on the road with a 2015 Yamaha fz07 in no time. It was an easy process and they are very friendly and most of all they focus on what your ranges are as far as what to buy, they don't try to just sell you whatever makes them more money. Went to velocity power sports on college park Dr , appon arrival a sales rep by the name of Daniel met me at the door with a welcoming hand and a bright smile , helped me with everything I needed and was very satisfied , left with a 2014 grizzly 450

I highly recommend Scott. As a novice female rider I felt like he treated me fairly was extremely patient with all my questions. He offered advice and listened well to my concerns then responded appropriately. I am 100% thrilled with my new bike and appreciate Scott's help very much.

if you ever need anything from velocity powersports go to Paul. he helped me out a lot. I went got financed and left with my atv all in less than an hour, he was very helpful

I recently purchased my new 2014 Suzuki GSX R and couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed. Daniel made my experience one of the best! He answered all my questions and because of his dedication, I purchased my new ride. He was with me from start to finish. You don't find that customer service just anywhere. A big thanks to everyone at Velocity!!

I will gladly drive 120miles out of my way not to deal with that service dept.One service writer has no business dealing with public.

I do not intend to ever return to this dealership for anything. I came in with a simple question about the gas cap for my Suzuki C50 and the parts department said there was nothing that they could do to help me find the right part. Then I went to the sales reps and simple asked them if they could take the cap off of one of their bikes so I could compare it to mine, and they said that it was against store policy for them to touch the keys to any bike until after it was sold. I said I do not want to touch the keys you can hold the keys and the gas cap I do not need to touch it at all and the rep said no he would not and could not help me.



Poor service and no knowledge in the parts department.



Go elseware to get anything related to met bikes.

I cannot even begin to tell you how knowledgeable the employees are at Velocity. I had to deal with the parts department since I purchased a bike from them a year or two ago and needed some extra bling to put on it. The parts manager went way out of his way to see to it that I got exactly what I needed since there was some confusion when it was looked up in a parts catalog, but that had nothing to do with Velocity. The guys at the parts counter are so funny and make it enjoyable to be there, and to be a customer.

I couldn't recommend anywhere else, they've got everything there!

Plus the store is huge and clean, which is hard to come by around in the lowcountry.

If you have a bike, want a bike, or need something extra for your bike, Velocity is the place to go!
