In today's economy, finding exceptional value is a necessity. But getting a good deal should never come at the expense of quality. The owner Jim Pala has been a great help in educating me on the different units and the installation went great. I love my Amana!

Came out to check unit took Compressor Motor said would be back within week. Has been over a month no one has come back. WIll not answer their phone and when you leave a message they will not return call.

New house, new Trane heat pump. In the 4 months since it was installed, Universal servicemen have been back twice because pump not working correctly. Last night, freezing temps, and pump goes out again (third time). Servicemen was supposed to come today for repairs but never showed up or called, so another freezing night with no heat! Extremely poor service! I would NEVER use these people again and I feel obligated to warn others of them.
