We called for an injured bird, received no answer to the call. Then we called again, today NOT being the one of the days it was closed. No help was received, they basically attempt to redirect you to another site, if you need immediate help. Waste of time.

We brought some baby rabbits to them, they were super friendly and helpful and even gave us a tour. Thanks for all you do

What good does this service do when you find an injured bird that needs attention now not Monday. I saw a goose with a broken wing on the new bridge going into Carlisle and I tried to contact help for the poor thing and got absolutely no where. No help for the injured on the weekends and do not have any experience in trying to capture a large bird without injuring it more than it already is.
