Horrible customer service. I would never use them again. We originally had a reservation for my son's birthday party beginning at noon and ending at 8pm. The week prior to the party, I called to change the reservation to 8am instead of noon so my little guy could spend the morning jumping all by himself before guests arrived. The woman on the phone told me it would be no problem, no extra charge, and assured me they would deliver appx 8am. At 9:15, they still had not arrived, so I called, and the delivery guy told me they still had the reservation at 12:00, so it didn't arrive until shortly before noon. I had one disappointed little jumper...still enjoyed the party and the bouncy all afternoon. I called the following Monday to ask for some compensation for the reservation mix-up, and all they would do is give me a coupon for future rentals. Well, I will not be using them for any future rentals, and would never recommend them to anyone else. Use another company you can trust.
