Terrible customer service. Bought a refrigerator 12/15 and still don't have it. They refuse to give any more than a couple hours of notice on delivery and I told them I am a federal employee and need a time to take leave for. Told me they refuse to come into my area tomorrow and if I really want it, I can come get it. So now this over a $1,000 fridge is just sitting in their warehouse until they feel like coming into this area. I had no choice with this purchase on who delivery was with, but I guarantee that I will report them to the seller and refuse their delivery if I buy from them again.

Update: Man just called threatening to not deliver our product because I told him I was leaving negative feedback!! Continued the rudeness of the previous employee. Told me he does 1,000's of deliveries and my feedback would not matter.

These people show up at 6:45 am. In the dark and fog. We had tried to call them, like the other complaint, and only got their voice mail. We were in the act of calling 911 since we thought it was someone trying to force their way in. NO ONE delivers to residential at this hour. DO NOT USE.

I purchased a bed through Kohl's and they used this co. for delivery. Tried to contact them for delivery scheduling. Nobody answers the phone. You would think for a 24-hour operation someone would answer. Nobody returns calls, despite me leaving messages with contact information. My bed has been in their warehouse for a few days now and nobody has contacted me.
