Liars and cheats

The do try to debit your account for more if your on auto pay. Had to have them credit my account several times.

They miss pickups and lie by saying maybe they came before the can was out.

If you leave them, they will leave your garbage on the road and take the can.

It is refereshing to deal with a locally owned and operated business where they pick up the phone and you speak to a person that is courteous and professional. I have tried the other "BIG" companies where I was a number. Tri-State makes my family feel like we are a valued partner!

Tri state carting will state one amount for their services, but then after debiting your card for this amount, they will then at their whim, debit additional amounts against your card without your authorization.

We at Tri-State take the privacy and security of our customers personal information very seriously. We do charge a credit cards without the permission of the customer and they are always given the exact total of what and when it will be charged. We will also email or mail a paid receipt if requested.
