We used Rich and Lisa on our home and we had to sand and repaint 3 of our windows because they were not measured correctly. One dining room window was the wrong color and they forgot the sidelight by the front door. In spite of the errors I recommended them to my mother in law because I gave them the benefit of doubt. She received an estimate that did not have any of the options we talked about so we sent them a couple of emails very professional but to the point and then Lisa called me and went off on me and said they have plenty of work and we can just go somewhere else. I tried to calm her down and she wouldn't let me talk until finally she hung up on me. The MOST unprofessional I have ever been treated!!! They clearly have all the business they need so do your business elsewhere!
