Unfortunately i did not learn from my mistake. I had some work done on the front end of my Freightliner ( king pins ) After 1000 miles i started to have some cupping in a brand new set of steer tires. I took it into a shop in Texas and they noticed some bolts had not been put back in properly. They repaired the problem although I had to replace $700 worth of tires. I have not had a problem again so they did actually fix transwests mistake. I recently went back for another repair at Transwest. They once again did not fix my problem but sure did charge me . They really like to overcharge, which is ok if you get good service, however they are the most expensive and really don't know what they are doing. Lots of places around that are much cheaper and better quality workmanship with techs and service writers who treat people well. Try somewhere else. Learn from my mistakes.
