Towex caused $1200 in damage to my vehicle while trying to towin it. While I'm disappointed in the incompetence of the driver, I'm exceptionally disappointed in the total lack of customer service in fixing the issue. They've been avoiding my calls and emails for nearly two weeks. I wish they would have just taken accountability for the damage they caused and this issue could go away.
