Tow One

Tow 1 has a hole in the wall shop tucked in the back of an industrial complex. The guy was asleep at the counter. Hours are listed as 24 hours a day but on the sign it is 8 to 5. We got there at 5:02pm and they refused to help us. I wanted to check the cost to get the car out and see if I could take a few pictures of it. We were told to come back during business hours and talk to them then. Until then they would not even talk to us. We called the phone number 6 times and were hung up on by the after hours answering service every time. Had we been able to locate the actual office or get someone on the phone that was not an idiot then maybe just maybe we would have been there before they closed.



I understand business and I'm sure because they are a tow yard they deal with angry people all the time. In this situation I just needed a little help I was not angry or rude. The guy in the office on the other hand was beyond rude. I wish you luck if you have to use this company for towing service.



If you have the choice go somewhere else!
