Worst Towing Service ever.... I have their sign up in front of my driveway but when i call them to tow a car they never pick up or when they do pick up they come like 3 hours later

Tow truck rushed to the scene without me even calling...I should have known something fishy was going on. The driver claimed they'd been called by the police but I'm guessing they listen to a police scanner and swoop in the capture business. The driver was polite and helpful but that's the only positive thing I can say about the experience.



The next shady part of the experience was that though the driver provided a business card with the name "AUTO CLAIMS MANAGEMENT", but the phone is answered "Tow Decisions". I'd like to Yelp both business titles but the one on the business card isn't listed...I smell fraud, or at least trying to escape the poor reputation of "Tow Decision."



The morning after the accident I had identified the shop where I wanted the repair work done and asked that the car be transferred there. Well, "Tow Decision" refused to release the car when my body shop called. I then called to get it released and though she said it would be ready for pick up, staff gave my body shop the run around for 2 days, claiming it wasn't input into the computer system (BS! I had the file # which I gave to the body shop.) The result of the run around was that they kept the car, without my permission, over the weekend. The storage fees were astronomical! They charged the insurance carrier more then $1000!



Worst of all, when my vehicle arrived at the body shop it had additional major damage to the other side of the car unrelated to the accident. Luckily I had pictures of my car without the smashed right fender prior to the tow.



My next piece of business after warning fellow consumers about TOW DECISION/ AUTO CLAIMS MANAGEMENT is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they'll get shut down!
