I am a black woman who has been shopping at this store for 8 years. I have never taken the time to write a review, but when I read the first person's review I just had voice my experience with this store over the past 8 years. I have always felt warmly welcomed by the owners and staff of Pet Essentials. Perhaps the person who wrote the first review is one of those types that can never be pleased.

Anytime I have had a problem with my dog, the owner's and staff at Pet Essentials were nothing but helpful and informative. I always leave feeling confident and well informed.

I'm not sure what he/she is talking about. I've been coming here for years and have had ONLY excellent service by the owners and their staff and I AM of a "different color".

I have been in this store several times and each time the employees nor the owner did not greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. I will not go back and will not recommend this store! I am very displeased with the service. I think I received poor service because my skin is not the same color as theirs!!!
