I just called them today at 11AM after reading these 5 star reviews. Ive used them some years back and was satisfied with the service then. Quality and price. Today I had two projects for them. 1. My kitchen faucet the handle when you turn it on leaked water all over my kitchen counter. 2. My outdoor faucet just outside my garage was also leaking massively when I turned the inside control from inside my house so I ended up just closing the whole thing. TLC fixed the handle by just changing just a few parts, it also cleaned my faucet pullout part of sediments which improved my water pressure by 50% something I did not asked for. Then he made sure nothing is leaking under the sink so he did a paper napkin test and laid a dry paper napkin there for a good half an hour to make sure no leaks under the sink . I like that extra initiative.Then he went on and started working on the outside spigot. He crawled into my crawl space who knows how many times and he was a tall guy. Then he replace my old faucet to a glistening gold colored new spigot by going into the crawl space and soldering the pipe. What a hard job for someone but he was good natured about it. I like that. I went out to run a test on my new faucet I was quite gratified. The pressure was awesome and the faucet is tightly stuck to the wall. Now I cant wait to get my hose and start washing my car. :)!!!My total bill is $205. Love it. Will be looking for more plumbing needs in my house and call them again. TLC you are blessed because you bless you customers with good and honest service.

Had a gas leak, gas shut off by NIPSCO. Called and spoke with Cindy, e-mailed her a picture of my problem, the owner called me back to explain the process to fix the problem and the cost. John, a member of the crew, came out quickly and fixed the leaky pipe in under 2 hours. Cost for labor and repair was not exorbitant and TLC Plumbing was professional and courteous. I would definitely call them again!

Called at 12:50 pm for a service call to investigate a drip. Arrived, diagnosed, repaired within 35 minutes. Excellent explaination of problem and repair by Joe. Definately will call again!

My kitchen sink was backed up and overflowing - leaking into the basement. I called TLC and they sent out an extremely competent, clean and professional plumber. I was extremely impressed with how meticulous he was. It was a pretty deep clog - so he had to rod out the main line and get through many years of built-up sledge. He was very courteous and thorough. For a job that could have been extremely messy - he was very thorough and didn't leave a spec of dust behind. Thank you - I will definitely be using you in the future as the need arises.
