I have hired two exceptional nannies through The Nanny Exchange. I love working with them because they really listen to my requirements and only send qualified candidates over. They are extremely responsive and care about making a good match. Hopefully, I won't be looking for a nanny again any time soon, but if I am, I'll definitely be calling The Nanny Exchange again.

The Nanny Exchange is extremely helpful! With their help I have hired a wonderful nanny who I could not live without. With my busy schedule as a doctor, it is imparative that I have a nanny to help me out around the house. All the girls working there were very efficient and detail oriented. They were able to nail my personality and my families needs down to a tee! I am so greatful that they were able to help my family out. My children absolutly love their nanny! I recomend The Nanny Exchange to everyone!

We hired this agency for five years to help us with finding nannies. In the last year we hired them, they provided nannies that looked good on paper but were unkind and unethical on the job. When I asked the owner of the agency whether they provide all known employment information on each candidate, she replied that they disclose only information each candidate chooses to share. In other words, Nanny Exchange is dishonest with the families that hire them to find trustworthy nannies to take care of their children. The company focuses on maximizing the employability of their nannies so that they can make more money. Nanny Exchange has lost their credibility and quality of service through the years and I hope they stop hurting the families that entrust their children to their service.
