This company will work with you until the day you have to call out sick for you or someone else. Their whole attitute change even if you never called out before. I could see if someone made habit of constant taking sick days but even one day and all of a sudden it is as though they do not want to work with you anymore the treatment totally changes. Just to say this company is the one for you if you and your family are totally immune to illnesses and you never have any unexpected emergencies.

The company is okay as far as pay rate and finding you a good job, but on the other hand they are a little too strict. They say if you have any problems getting to a job or being sick, you can tell them and they will be there to help you, but they don't. It is either show up or don't call us again type of attitude. I can understand they have a business to run, but sometimes things are out of people's control and can't help it. If you can follow their harsh rules, then this may be the company for you.
