Our principal engineer will drop an initial visit at the site to assess information and to evaluate the options. Then upon a mutual agreement we submit a recommendation report with schematics and cut sheets attached. Selection of the system and the equipment is based on the preference of the client for payback anywhere in the range of 3 to 6 years! Client will call his number! Design will suite the owner's preference for payback. for some of low rise multi-family rental complex with central water heating it is possible to design for as low as 2 years payback!
